There staff is very rude with very bad attitude they refuse to give vaccine my appointment was at 11 evening i reached there they made me wait and after that they came and said we are closed
One lady she was saying she was the head there she said khalli walli we are closed leave leave and very badly she asked us to leave they were atleast more than 20 people waitng already they said leave we are closed if you want ro close early then why giving appointments??
Very very very bad service and very rude staff

It was organized… and I took it in less than 10 minutes… There are attending staffs who are accommodating…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have converted this hospital to a covid Vaccination center. Very crowded lines for bachelors but ladies and families have separate lines which are quite fast. We completed our vaccination (Pfizer) in less than 25 minutes.
The only issue I see is the manual register they maintain to record your vaccination. The data was not added to MoH immediately and may take sometime to be reflected. Mine was updated after 24 hours. I suggest you make sure that they write your ID number correctly in the register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on the 22nd of January 2022, and they ran out of Pfizer for the Booster Dose, and are now administering Moderna. If you ever have the displeasure of booking an appointment at this vaccination centre, just avoid it like you'd avoid the actual virus.
The staff are rude and talk to you in a condescending manner. At times, they show little to no care in doing their job properly.
Worst of all, if you're a bachelor, you'll have to wait in a ridiculously long queue outside, in the cold with a bunch of rowdy people, all whilst the staff hurls at a lot of people to form a line. Women with their families on the other hand, enter with relative ease.
Overall, it's just a bad, bad experience.
TL;DR: They don't have Pfizer anymore, are administering Moderna, and the staff is rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is currently a COVID-19 Vaccination Center and no longer serving as a Hospital. The procedure is very systematic and swift.
It is Very Clean, has sufficient Parking Space, used to have A Large Pharmacy (Nahdi) and the hospital had majority of departments you may need.
It had a Laboratory, X-ray machines and modern Scanning Equipment, Heart Related Diagnostic machines, and so many other gadgets.
I Loved it but found the Reception Services still very wanting in terms of Efficiency, Customer Service attitude and a welcoming mood.
The special part is the existence of specialists in different medical needs who are at the level of consultancy.
Hospital accepts majority insurance companies and classes and has in-house agents to speedup requests and evaluations when needed.
Multiple ambulances on standby and ample priority parking for persons with disabilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my booster dose. Nice place, not so much crowded. people behavior are really good. When i Took my 3rd dose they have Pfizer biotech.
