★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad in organaization & dealing with patient. Went their for marriage test, arrived there by 12:30 & no staff their every door is closed even the reception is empty. All of them in break!!
After that went to the female section, marriage test clinic, there were 3 staff stitting in unprofesstional way eating seeds with pare feets.
There were no patient in the place but still refuse to do the test cuz i didn't have an appointment !!
I Was so glad that the seed women refuse to serve me cuz the least thing I need is her full of saliva hands on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well they deserve any star bcz , the hospital is just useless one. One can avail better services in small clinics but please don't admit your loved ones in this stupid hospital. The pain one can only feel if you would have lost their loved ones. They just know how to make money and enjoy their breaks. Request you kindly close your hospital if you can't serve and treat patients in a bettyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hospital saved me from an accident few weeks ago, thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses and Staff who took care of me, thanks to Saudi Crescent Ambulance EMT staff who attended urgently to brought me to this Hospital, Thanks to Ortho Dr Ummar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a hospital that carries the great name of His Royal Highness (May Allah Preserve Him), they should have the best staff and facilities. Instead you find it with disorganised staff who are rude (not all), and some of the rooms needs replastering and repainting. I never want to visit or see it again, or for any of my relatives to go there. When it came to discharge we had to wait 7 hours for someone to facilitate the final payment contract. The patient (my relative visiting from Europe) was not even given lunch.
