مغسله سي جدًا جدًا وتعامل غير احترافي وقليل ادب مع العملاء وتاخير في تسليم الطلبات وادارة المغسلة غير محترمه مع عملاء المغسلة واسعار مبلغ فيها مجرد ديكور علي الفاضي
يوجد مغاسل افضل منها بكثير
ماعاد ادخل المغسله دي ثاني مرة في حياتي لانه الغير محترم لا يحترم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف كانت من افضل المغاسل في جدة لكن الحين ما اعرف ايش صار فيها ارجو التواصل معي من إدارة المغسله لان مو معقول كل ما اجي المغسله ألاقيها مقفوله !!
 Unfortunately, it was one of the best laundries in Jeddah, but now I don't know what happened in it. Please contact me from the laundry management because it is not reasonable. Every time I come to the laundromat, I find it locked!!

Before it was excellent now its getting terrible,and the lady at the desk what a joke! doesnt deserve to have job...her mind is busy looking at her phone rather than assisting the customer...your store is closed in mondays but still gave me a receipt that it will be claimed at monday...in time you store wil no longer have a customer having that kind of employee...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! We drove from the UAE to Jeddah and had a lot of laundry that desperately needed to be washed. After checking a few Google reviews and calling some Laundry providers we decided on using Cyan Laundry, primarily because of how friendly and honest the young man was on the phone, it’s also extremely easy to find using Google maps and we found lots of parking right in front of their entrance door. When we went to collect our laundry it was all in pristine condition, smelling nice and fresh. Socks, underwear, pyjamas, pants, T-shirts, Abaya and Kandora - all as good as new and not even one item was missing! I highly recommend Cyan Laundry for their amazing service. We’ll be using them again next time we’re in Jeddah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a disaster. Told me I can pick up my clothes the next day, come the next day and my clothes are not ready. And here's the kicker, they want me to come in two days as they're closed the next day. So it's a 2-day delay and 3 in toto. The lady in front don't even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay, what terrible communication skills. Never stepping a foot in this place again nor am I recommending it to anyone I know.
