تم ارسال احدي العباءات الجديده للمغسله وفوجئت بانتزاع الكلفه وعندما تواصلت مع الاداره (في العصر) رد علي احد العماله وأخبرني ان أتواصل معه عندما يستيقظ? والمغسلة تأكد ان العباءه كانت هكذا قبل الغسل ?
