★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مافي اي اهتمام للزبون اجيه الصباح اعطيه ثوب اقوله غسيل وكوي بكره ولمن اجي القاه مضيع الثوب ويدوره ثم يروح يكويه ياخي شلفايده اجيك بداية اليوم تجهزه بالنايه مضيعه تم تغيير المغسلة بعد تكرار فعلته
 There is no interest for the customer. I come in the morning. I give him a dress. I say wash and iron tomorrow. When I come, he throws the clothes and turns it around and then goes to iron it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيت العامل الساعة 9 الصباح عطيته ثوب وسروال قلت له غسيل وكوي بجيك المغرب جيته الساعة 10 المفترض يكون جاهز لكن للاسف قلت له وين الثوب يقول مافي معلوم ومركب سماعة ويبتسم وقعد حول نص ساعة يدور بالاخير لقاه ويقلي 20 دقيقة وتعال وش ذا الاهمال لاحول بس.
