يعطونك شقه فيها نواقص من سيفون او شفاط او غيره وتكلمهم ويقولون بنرسل عامل يصلحها ويسحبون عليك وقبل ماتطلع من عندهم يقولون صلحها هي كانت موجوده او ادفع فلوسها ويجحدونك انك ماكلمتهم
نصيحه للي يبغا يستأجر يروح مكتب غيره

 Worst company, worst office, worst employees
They give you an apartment in which there are shortcomings, such as a siphon or an extractor or something else, and you talk to them and they say we will send a worker to fix it, and they will pull you in and before you leave them, they say fix it, it was there, or pay its money, and they deny that you spoke to them.
Advice for someone who wants to rent to go to someone else's office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يرفعون قضايا حتي بعد تسليم السكن بشهور وسنين ايضا ، اذا تورطت معهم خذ كل ايصالاتك مختومة واذا خارج خذ مخالصة وتصفية، اذا لسة ما اجرت معهم اهرب ولا تفكر ، حتي خدماتهم وصيانة ونظافة اسوء ما يكون والموية تقطع والكهربا تقطع حتي لو ايجارك شامل يفصلوها.
They file cases even after the delivery of housing, months and years as well. If you are involved with them, take all your receipts sealed, and if they are outside, take a clearance and liquidate, if you still have not rented with them, run away and do not think, even their services, maintenance and cleaning are the worst, and the water is cut off and the electricity is cut off, even if your rent is comprehensive, they cut it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعمل سيئ للغاية انتبه تغلط و تاخذ شقة إيجار من عندهم قسم بالله كل الشقق المسؤول عنها هالمكتب دمار من جميع النواحي من الكهرباء ينقطع كل اسبوع و الماء كل سبوع ينقطع يوم كامل و تتصل كل واحد يرميك على الثاني لو يقولون لك مجاني لا تستأجرمن عندهم

The electricity cuts off every week and the water cuts off every week for a whole day and you call each one of them throws you at the other. If they tell you it is free, do not rent from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه اقل من نجمة كان حطيت .. احتكار اغلب العماير في اكثر من حي واسعارهم عالية جدا معتمدين على الاحتكار وبالتالي يظطر المستأجر لدفع المبالغ .. بالاضافة للتعامل السيء من قبل الموظفين
If there was less than one star, it would have been taken..the monopoly of most of the buildings in more than one neighborhood and their prices are very high depending on the monopoly and therefore the tenant is forced to pay the sums..in addition to the bad treatment by the employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استاجرت عندهم قبل اربع سنوات لمدة ست اشهر وطلعت مسددهم المبلغ كامل وقبل اسبوع لقيتهم مشتكين في المحكمه يقولون باقي لنا مبلغ ٦٥٠ ? ا
I rented with them four years ago for six months, and I came out to pay them the full amount, and a week ago I found them complaining in the court, they say we have 650 left.
