★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy to know the service now is based on appointment. I called, the lady answered, and during the call she informed me that I have to decide fast as the call ends in 3 min, nice customer support pressure! this is not all, when the appointment options did not suit me, I said no don't reserve and before I could complete my words she hanged the phone. That simple. This is a typical Chinese quality of customer service when we buy a Chinese car. Lesson learned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the bad experience of my last maintenance visit, I gave only 2 stars. Visited again last week for the next maintenance, surprised to see the positive changes in customer support.
1. Served me on time and car has been delivered in 2 hours.
2. Customer service representative Mr. Shebhaz did the great job. Even he explained what are the maintenance job they are going to do for the 10,000 km service.
3. Detailed payment voucher provided for the maintence as compared to the last visit.
I would have give 5 stars but the service cost is very high, that is the only reason to give 4 stars. Overall happy customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MG is a car company based in UK and cars are made from China , SAIC company. But the facilities at the MG Service center are not enough. There is less space, no lounge for customers, poor customer service and after water service, they didn't provide a paper floor mat etc.
The employees need training for many such aspects.
Hope that they will improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, most of the technicians on leave. I gave my car for service, after that censor stop working, they said electrician is not available you can come later. After that I visited twice for this issue , they said go and take appointment first.
I called customer care they saying wait there we will call Service manager. I waited 1 and half hour no one came or call me back.
Management have to improve this.
