كصفتي مرشد محلي في جميع الدوال التي ازورهاء انصحكم بعدم الزياره لهذ الفندق السيئ في المعامله والأخلاق والسكن السيئ والافاض السيئه .
سبب الخلاف !!! حجزت من موقع الى ان وصلت إلى الفندق تغير المبلغ واستقلو وصولي ليلان الساعه 2
لم أقم بلمجادله دفعت للفندق وذهبت غرفتي كانت سيئه النضافه والفرش قديم الصرصير في جميع انحاء القرفه
الصرصير في جميع انحاء القرفه ازعاج الجيران والأصوات العاليه ..
الى يوم خروجي من الفندق 7 ساعات قام العامل باتصال بي للمغادره من الفندق في اسرع وقت ممكن لماذ لا اعلم نزلت الى الاستقبال قال اخرج الان وكان سيئ في الفاضه

As a local guide in all the functions that I visit, I advise you not to visit this hotel with bad treatment, morals, bad housing and bad habits.
The reason for the disagreement !!! I booked from the site until I arrived at the hotel, the amount changed, and they took me to my arrival at 2 nights
I didn't make an argument. I paid the hotel and went. My room was poorly clean and the mattresses had an old cockroach all over the cinnamon.
Cockroach all over cinnamon noisy neighbors and loud noises.
Until the day I left the hotel for 7 hours, the worker called me to leave the hotel as soon as possible. Why I don’t know I went to the reception and he said go out now and it was bad in the open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق اقل من عادية .. مستوى النظافة متدني .. لايوجد ادوات الاستخدام الشخصيه كالصابون والشامبو ... وخلافه . لايوجد ركن او ادوات اعداد الشاي والقهوه المعتاده في اغلب الوحدات السكنيه .. انترنت مجاني .. الموظفين والاستقبال متعاونين .
Apartments less than normal .. The level of cleanliness is low .. There are no personal tools such as soap and shampoo ... and others. There is no corner or tools to prepare tea and coffee in most of the most common residential units .. Free Internet .. Staff and reception collaborators.

I have previously rented it, very clean, new furniture and a fairly reasonable price ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صحيح ان الاثاث قديم ومو ذاك الزود لكن واسعه اخذت غرفتين وصاله وكان فيها دورتين مياه تكرمون .. كويسه للي معهم عايله كبيره وناوين ينامون ويمشون .. سعرها 180 .. اتمنى يهتمون اكثر بالنظافه ويغيرون الاثاث . والاستقبال فيه سوداني والثاني سوري اتوقع كلهم ممتازين ومحترمين
It is true that the furniture is old and that is the supply, but a large one took two rooms and a hall and there were two toilets in the water. And the reception in which the Sudanese and the second Syrian I expect them all excellent and respected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just witness the reception guy fight the customer. I was just looking outside my window when he throw the bag of the saudi customer in his face. He is not safe for us too.This guy is not good for us because he can get physical. I think his egyptian or lebanese i dont know. They have to do something about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.the reception area is attractive the rooms look good too when you first enter but when spend a few hours you'll start regretting your decision for chosen this hotel. Bathrooms smells doors don't close no hanger/hooks in the bathrooms air conditioning needs servicing hairs on bedsheets curtains are worn out. The Internet is too slow if ever get connected or get good wifi signals.
The only good thing I found out is the staff specially the receptionist he is gentle polite and helping but unfortunately unable to manage problems.
The hotel needs total overhaul. If you want to stay in this area choose some other hotel instead.
