★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I was cheated by receptionist and his manager about monthly rent. The manager went back on his word about after 2 months and then recovered that amount from me. But it was okay, I paid because the place is near my office and it's convenient.
Then the receptionist became extremely rude to me because I do not speak arabic. I complained about this to the owner through Google review. The owner was responsive and the receptionist apologized to me in front of hotel owner. So, I deleted my review the same day.
Now, I had to check out for some time. I came back to rent the room but the manager would not let me rent it because I had put bad review (which I deleted the same day) ? I am putting back this review because of unfair treatment from the hotel manager.
To other customers - there are plenty of hotels around this one, you can take any that you want if you want to avoid dealing with rude hotel receptionist and manager. You get what you pay for.
