★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was HORRIBLE! The lady at the register wasn’t informed on how to work the store and also played loud sounds from her phone as if she was scrolling through tiktok. The lady doing my friends nails was extremely rude and rushed although we were on time. She was in fact over 15 minutes late thus not allowing my friend to do her toes because of their “lunch break”. Management should schedule appointments that can actually happen and if scheduling appointments near lunch they should start on schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing my nails in salons for the past 12 years, and had one of the worst experiences among them all at Mellow.
And when they wanted to compensate by changing the color only, they gave one day and 2 hours notice!
Very unfortunate!!

I used to go to Mellow when it first opened cuz I pass by that area a lot. Then I had to go to new places to try new nail spas. Then I went back to Mellow and I am stick to it till this day. Even if it's a long ride, I go excited everytime cuz I know I will end up with joy ??.
I usually do Ombre and Shellac. Always satisfying results. And if there's anything wrong, I go back within a specified days and they fix it for me with pleasure. I feel welcomed whenever.
And they respond quickly ?????????.
The nail artists are open to new ideas, they are very creative, and passionate ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places in Riyadh for manicures and pedicures. The South African manicurists greet you beautifully. They are professional, courteous and attentive. The decor is chic and the ambiance is chill, but the bathroom needs some remodeling. That’s why I could only give 4 stars unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique ambience and funny friendly staff, it feels like a girls pampering time even if you went alone, i did shellac manicure and regular pedicure, pedicure is amazing but for the shellac the lady had to put so many layers as the color i chose was very light pink close to white, im not sure if its the quality of the shellac or the appliance.
And my cuticle wasn’t removed completely.
I still definitely will go back as the place is cozy and lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love almost every little detail about the place; the ambiance, the interior and how it reflects the coziness of the name, their staff are well trained, I always end up having quality service & interesting conversations!
They are particularly famous for nail art, they’re super creative, meticulous and honest about what would look beautiful and come up with alternatives to what you set your eyes on in case it doesn’t work.
Update
Their evening vibe is different, not in a good way.

My one n only complain was the spot itself is quite difficult to reach, had to spin in circles to find the entrance door ?
