★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قسم الاستقبال جدا سئ ويفتقر للتثقيف وحسن التعامل. الزياره كانت9/1/1440 الساعه 7.30 مساء طبعا لايوجد قسم ضماد متكامل من الناحيه المهنيه حيث جرح بسيط يحتاج تعقييم اعتذر عن القيام بتعقيمه وتم توجيهي لمستشفى الانصار
The reception section is very poor and lacks education and good treatment. The visit was 1/9/1440 at 7:30 pm Of course, there is no professional bandage department, as a minor wound needs sterilization. I apologize for sterilizing it and I was directed to Al-Ansar Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الدكتور طبيب عام مايدري وين الله حاطه انا اعلم وش فيني واقول هل فيني كذا ويقول ممكن كل شيء عنده ممكن حتى العلاج انا الي قلت له اكتب لي كذاولكن الاستقبال والمدير كويسين واسلوبهم متفهمين اتمنى يكون فيه دكتور غيره حطيت اربع نجمات عشان الدكتور ماعجبني!!
The doctor is a general practitioner. He does not know where God is. I know what is wrong with me, and I say whether I can do this, and he says that everything is possible for him, even the treatment. I told him to write this to me, but the reception and the manager are good and their style is understanding. I wish there was a doctor other than that. I gave four stars because the doctor did not like me!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ليا اسبوع تقريبا الساعه ٧ اضرب ابره عندهم من قبل ممرضه سودانيه واخر يوم بالاسبوع قلت لها بجيك بكرا ١٠ لان دكتوري قال لازم ١٠ قالت لا نقفل تعالي بدري قلت هو وقت لازم على ١٠ قبل صعب قالت تعالي عشره الا على الاقل الاستقبال يكون فيه قلت تمام وانا طالعه اعطيت خبر الاستقبال اني بجي على عشره الا يعني ٩و٥٠ دقيقه او حتى ٩ونص ان قدرت وللاسف جيتهم بالضبط على ١٠ تماما حصلت الممرضه هاذي الي تعطيني الابر لمده اسبوع تقفل انوار الاستقبال والاستقبال فاضي (طبعا انا اشوفها من برا ) ويدوب نزلت من السياره دخلت العياده الا هيا بالمصعد طلعت على فوق بعدين عرفت ان سكنهم فوق وانا طلعت بالدرج الدور الاول حصلتها طلعت من المصعد دخلت غرفه الانتراساوند وقلت لها اني كدا كدا رفضت مرااا تعطيني الابره حاولت معها ترجيتهاااا كثير انا ماشيه على كورس قلت لها ادري تاخرت لو بيدي من ٨ انتظرك انا ماشيه على كورس اخررر جرعه لاتتاخر بليزززز رفضت رفضت قلت لها اعطيك سعره الابره بكرا اعطيهم رفضت ترجيتهااا مرا مرا ??من باب مهني حقها ترفض لان دوامها خلص من باب انساني كريههه اعوذ بالله الرحمه انزعت من قلبها شايفتني تعبانه. كل يوم اجيها كان وافقت لا ويقولو ملائكه الرحمه شي مؤسف ان الموظف الصحي يشتغل عشان يحصل راتب فقط … وانا نازله من الدرج قلت لها الله يسامحك ( ممرضه بلا رحمه)

I got it. I got out of the elevator, I entered the intersound room, and I told her that this is how I refused a woman to give me the needle. On another course, please do not delay, please. She refused. I refused. I told her, I will give you the price of the needle tomorrow. I will give them. She refused to beg her over and over again. As a matter of professionalism, she refuses because her work ended through a hateful human door. Every day I came to her, she agreed, no, and they say the angels of mercy are unfortunate that the health worker works only to get a salary... As I came down the stairs, I told her, may God forgive you (a nurse without mercy)
