★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع الأسف جيت أكثر من مرة مافي أي إهتمام بالمراجعين والمرضى
جيتهم مرة من المرات كانو كلهم متجمعين في غرفة جالسين ياكلو دونات ويتقهو
* بالعافية عليهم *
ويضحكو وأسأل الدكتورات ولا أحد يرد عليا ماكان في أي أخلاق ولا أسلوب
 Unfortunately, I came more than once, with no interest in patients and reviewers
I came to them once, they were all gathered in a room sitting eating donuts and having a coffee
*goodbye to them*
And they laugh and I ask the doctors and no one responds to me, it was not in any manners or style

كنت دايما اسمع ان المستوصفات الحكومية تعامل موظفيها جاف وخدمتهم سيئة
وكنت غير مقتنع بالكلام هذا
لكن يوم جيت اليوم
ابغا طبيب عام عشان احلل الغدة
وفيتامين د قال رح لغرفة التنسيق رحت لغرفة التنسيق لايوجد فيها أحد
المستوصفات الحكومية إلى أين؟؟؟؟
أيضا تعامل موظفة الاستقبال جاف جدا وشايفه نفسها
بهذا التعامل وهذه الخدمة السيئة يضر المواطن إلى المستوصفات الأهلية
لدرجة بديت احس ان المستوصفات الحكومية غير قابلة للتطوير والارتقاء
واتمنى ان يصير عكس احساسي
مع كامل الاحترام والتقدير
My review based on my experience today:
I used to hear that government clinics treated their staff dry and poorly served
And I was not convinced by this
But I came today
Report to a GP to have the gland replaced
And vitamin D said, I went to the coordination room, I went to the coordination room, there was no one there
Government clinics, to where ????
Also the receptionist treated her very dry and saw herself
This bad dealings and service harms the citizen to the private dispensaries
So much so, I started to feel that government clinics are not capable of upgrading
I hope it reflects my feelings

ما كان عندي موعد و استقبلوني لان حالة بنتي طارئة بناءا على تقييم ممرضة الفرز ..
وتمت خدمتنا بالشكل المطلوب خلال ساعة ..
ونشكر الممرض سلطان الحجيري على تعامله الراقي ..
A new and special center and a good and friendly staff ..
I did not have an appointment and received me because my daughter was in an emergency case based on the evaluation of the screening nurse ..
And we were served as required within an hour ..
We thank Nurse Sultan Al-Hujairi for his high-level treatment.

لان البعض لايتحمل التركيزات العالية بالذات المضادات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتوقعت تكون تجربتي سيئه لكن كان ممتازه جداً بالنسبه للمستوصفات الحكوميه.. المبنى جديد ونظيف ويوجد موظف لتوكلنا وموظفة استقبال واحده و تمنيت لو فيه موظفات اكثر.. راجعت عند عيادة الاسنان رقم ١ ??
للاسف راجعت مره اخرى عند عيادة رقم ٢ قبل شهر الغوا موعدي بسبب عدم وجود بنج! و الان موعد اخر في عيادة رقم ٢ رفضوا دخولي بسبب تأخري عشره دقائق عن الموعد والدكتور فاضي بالعياده مايسوي شي ولا يوجد مراجعين بعدي .. للاسف اخر تجربتين كرهت العياده ودلاله على سوء تعاملها مع المراجعين.. ماعرف ليه كثير عيادات اسنان عندهم مشكله باستقبال المراجعين وتعاملهم السيء معهم

And now another appointment in Clinic No. 2, they refused to enter me because I was ten minutes late for the appointment and the doctor was empty at the clinic and there are no patients after me.. Unfortunately, the last two experiences I hated the clinic and evidence of its poor treatment of patients.. I don’t know why many dental clinics have a problem receiving and dealing with patients. bad with them
