المدرسات ممتازات و الوكيله و المديره مهتمات جدا ..لن رفعو الاسعار ومع الظروف الجديده ما اظن بيكون فيه اقبال على الشركه

مستوى تعليمي اقل من عادي...الحكومي افضل بكثير

I wish i could give less than 1 star. They called my wife for an interview and demo for the job of science teacher. My wife got a call from the school's academic coordinator confirming her as the science teacher. Another person who confirmed my wife's job as science teacher was the head of supervision division in head office. A few days later they called back apologizing and claiming that the position was filled internally. Then they called her again for interview and demo as a homeroom teacher. They told her that they will confirm the position after coordinating with the principal. Yesterday 12/08/2020, my wife got an email from ibn khaldun education company to come and sign the contract as a science teacher and asked her to bring pregnancy and job hiring medical tests. The tests costed us approximately 200 SAR. After my wife got back from signing the contract the school's academic coordinator and the head of supervision(head office) told her that she will still work as a homeroom teacher. They are bluffing and misguiding people completely. My best guess is that they hired one of their friend as science teacher since it is an easy task to be a single subject teacher and wanted my wife to work as a homeroom teacher (for 3 subjects) while holding a science teacher contract. I have all the proofs and emails. How the hell does "HR" send you a science teacher contract and the academic coordinator wants you to work at a different position. Moreover, since the duties of homeroom teacher are far more than a single subject teacher, they wanted my wife to work as a homeroom teacher but with a different position and a lower salary package. It's a huge shame what they are doing to a reputable company like this. I hope someone on a higher position contacts me and i can show them all the proofs and lies we have to expose these hypocrites. I've written this for everyone who is planning to work with them. Be careful about your position in contract and the position that they want you to work on.

They are absolutely horrible and rude with Communication. I called them Multiple times on their phones and no one answers and when I call them directly on their extension number they hang up on my face super rude and unprofessional
