But, this new branch in Baljurashi needs alot of improvement. Its very disappointing to see such poor service from a McDonald's outlet.
1. Very badly designed 'drive thru' which wastes alot of parking slots and makes it very difficult for the dine in customers to enter & leave from front parking.
2. Despite several visits I wasn't able to find a fully functional 'self ordering KIOSK'. Each and every time its out of order and upon query the staff is simply clueless. (shown in the photo)
3. Staff members at the counter are not well trained to help customers avail deals from the McDonald's App and they always blame the internet for the failure.
I hope the management promptly interferes and solves all these problems.
