طلبت طلب واضح جدا دهان حديد .تم اعطائي دهان آخر
عدت للمحل واخبرت البائع ولم يتفهم الأمر ولم يتذكر علما باني أخبرته بأن كان لديه عميل آخر حضر للمحل بعدي وقدم له الخدمه قبلي لأنه يعرفه .ورغم هذا حلف باني لم احدد له الطلب..خرجت غاضبا وأخبرته باني لن اسامحه.
وكان غير مبالي بما اقول.
اساء التعامل مع العميل .واساء لسمعة الشركه التي يعمل بها.
Not caring about the customer.
I asked for a very clear request for iron paint. I was given another paint
I went back to the store and told the seller, and he did not understand the matter and did not remember that I told him that he had another customer who came to the store after me and served him before me because he knew him. Despite this he swore that I did not specify the request for him.. I went out angry and told him that I would not forgive him.
He was indifferent to what I said.
He mistreated the client and tarnished the reputation of the company he works for.
