★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a bad experience here at max riyadh park mall branch. Saturday september.11.2021 That sudan guy( im not really sure for his nationality) a tall skinny and black guy at the cashier area. Im about to pay and when i gave my money he said that he dont have any change for 500 riyal and i told him that i dont have small amount then and even in my card i have nothing already. And he refuse to give me change and he is very rude the way he speaks. Very poor customer service and if he really dont have change he must approach nicely and it seems like he wants me to look for a change for him! If you dont have change you must look for yourself not that the customer will find for you! And when insisted to pay and i did not go out to the lane he took my 500 riyal and when he open the cash drawer i saw he has lots of change and he is telling a lie. That guy must give a warning or termination for his action. His fighting with the customer and it gives a bad image to the company.
