★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا أحب هذه العلامة التجارية ومن المعجبين بالتصاميم الخاصه بمتجر بلو ايج. ولكن عندما يتعلق الأمر بالتعامل مع طاقم المبيعات والمحاسبة فإن الأمر يكون مختلف. للاسف لايوجد احترافية في التعامل مع العملاء، لايتم وضع الأغراض اللي يتم شراءها في الكيس بطريقة مرتبه ولكن يتم رميها في الكيس بدون اهتمام بها مما قد يسبب تمزق اللبس. وعندما يتم ابداء النصيحه للموظف يكون الرد بطريقة غير مؤدبة ويعطي انطباع بأنه لا يتقبل هذه النصيحة. فريق العمل غير مدرب بشكل جيد ولايجيد التعامل مع العملاء ويبدو أنهم متضايقين من بيئة العمل وغير مرحبين بالزبائن.
I love this brand and a fan of the designs for the Blue Age store. But when it comes to dealing with the sales and accounting staff it is different. Unfortunately, there is no professionalism in dealing with customers. The purchased items are not placed in the bag in a tidy manner, but are thrown into the bag without paying attention to it, which may cause the clothes to be torn. When advice is given to the employee, the response is rude and gives the impression that he does not accept this advice. The staff is not well trained and does not know how to deal with customers and seems to be annoyed with the work environment and unwelcoming to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Blueage clothing company. This particular branch in Riyadh Park have great cloth selection. Perfect shop for teenagers. But keep you size in mind. I always but XL from other clothing stores but here, only XXL fits me. So take care if that. Prices are too much but when there is sale then it is very reasonable (starts from SAR 39). Staff are fine. At least they know how to make a bill.
