★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service from staff at ER. Went there for all maternity checkups over months but when in labour was turned away and told Only Saudis. Why not inform us of this in the beginning? Happily making money off of us only to leave one suffering in the last minute! Racism and elitism. You should be ashamed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning hospital staff was not able to advise us where to go (language barrier), but alhumdulillah after a bit we were able to see doctor and they took care of my child as you would expect from a European hospital. I have heard many people complaining about Saudi hospitals but my own experience was very smooth and comfortable alhumdulillah. Throughout our stay (6 days) the staff was very helpful. Top facilities and well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 10 months baby was sick and we visited this hospital. Honestly it took ages in the waiting. We had to wait for 3 hours for our turn. They give priority to patients with serious issues so if you have Alhamdulillah a moderate case so be prepared to wait. Doctor not only checked our baby, he asked us to give him medicine and get back after 20 minutes. Even the medicines were free of cost. Staff understands basic English. I believe they can improve the process and make it rapid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hospital. I waited here for 5 hours before my son was seen. The doctor said he didn’t need an IV, as soon as I walked in the nurses wanted to put him on an IV. The room was filled with children on IV’s for no reason. Just because it’s protocol. The nurses were upset because I did not want my son on an IV.
To make matters worst they could not find my sons vein and kept sticking him with the needle. He was only 1 1/2 years old at the time and was crying like crazy.
The nurses all seemed rushed and no care was given to the patients to actually see what was going on with them. Just give them an IV and make them wait.
I left this hospital very upset and I hope I never have to return again.
It’s so sad to think that Muslims were once at the forefront of the medical world and now look where we are. Cant even give proper care to children.
Unless your child is dying (May Allah protect them ) please don’t bring them here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor hospitality. My 18 months baby was suffering from very high fever (39.5-40°C), loose motions and vomiting profusely average of around 20 in an hour. He was highly dehydrated... and the initial doctor did not bother even to listen to us. Instead he was attending other arabic speaking patients simultaneously. And made us wait for another 5 hours in the emergency waiting area where as let other arabic speaking playful toddlers to see the actual doctor in an hour.. Then when we reached the doctor inside the room, the doctor was working on the computer in English bt did not speak or responded in English. She did not even talk. Just said a few words in Arabic and gave ORS. We had to do self medication from pharmacy after that.
