★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستشفي جيد جدا بالنسبه لتجربيتي فيه لحظه دخولي الطواري وكنت اعاني من كسر في الورك كان فيه طبيب في الطواري سعودي اسمر البشره الله يوفقه دنيا واخره كشف عليه واعاد الاشعه اكثر من اربعه مرات للتاكد من الكسر رغم تضمر فنيين الاشعه بالطواري لاعاده الاشعه حتى تاكد من الحاله ولله الحمد عملت عمليه تثبيت الكسر لدي الدكتور البارع الخلوق محمد الشربيني والذي اعتبره من مكاسب وزاره الصحه بالتعاقد مع هذا الدكتور ذو العلم والاخلاق العاليه . افضل دكتور عظام بالمدينه المنوره حيث انى راجعت كذا دكتور استشاريين واخصائين بالمستشفيات الخاصه ماعندهم حل الاتغيير مفصل ولاكن الدكتور محمد قيم الحاله وقال مايحتاج تغيير وتابعت معه ووجهني التوجيه السلم حتى التأم الكسر . انصح بالدكتور محمد الشربيني لمن اراد المصدقيه والعمل بأمانه طبيه عن تجربه شخصيه وفقك الله يادكتور محمد بالدنيا والاخره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحمد لله الطاقم الطبي الذي قام على حالة ابني (جراحة للأنف) كان ممتاز ورائع وخصوصاً الدكتورة / نُسيْبه تركستاني الله يوفقها ويحفظها أين ما كانت والدكتور عبدالله أبوالفرج.
لكن الحقيقة ان ابني أول ليله بات في المستشفى بدون مخدة أو لحاف على الرغم إنه طلب من الموظفين في القسم مخدة لكن للأسف ما أحد تكرم ووفر له مخدة أو لحاف وثاني يوم العصر طالبت الموظفين والموظفات السعوديين بالتكرم بتوفير مخدة ولحاف ولكن لم يستجب أحد منهم لطلبي.
في المساء عاملة النظافة جزاها الله خير هي اللي عطفت على المريض وجابت له المخدة واللحاف.
 Praise be to God, the medical staff that performed on my son’s case (nose surgery) was excellent and wonderful, especially Dr. Nusseibeh Turkestani, may God guide her and protect her wherever she is and Dr. Abdullah Abu Al-Faraj.
But the truth is that my son was in the hospital for the first night without a pillow or a quilt, although he asked the employees in the department for a pillow, but unfortunately no one was generous and provided him with a pillow or a quilt, and on the second day of the afternoon I asked the Saudi male and female employees to kindly provide a pillow and a quilt, but none of them responded to my request.
In the evening, the cleaning lady, may God reward her, was the one who took care of the patient and brought him a pillow and quilt.

-مدة انتظار طويلة جدا جدا، انتظرنا لأكثر من ساعتين واقفين بدون أماكن انتظار مناسبة أو اي توقعات عن مدة الانتظار
- مافي الا طبيب طوارئ واحد! واغلب الوقت مو موجود
- وكل المدة هذي ما كان في فحص أولي لحالة المريض (Triage) حتى
- الكراسي المتحركة كلها بحالة سيئة
- الدكتور يناقش حالة المريض في الممر وبصوت مرتفع
للأمانة ماقد شفت مستشفى بهذا المستوى من عدم الإهتمام بتجربة المريض مع تدني المستوى في القطاع الصحي بشكل عام
مبنى المستشفى جديد ولكن مستوى الخدمة من الأسوأ??
ملاحظة: هذا التعليق يمثل تجربتي الشخصية في الطوارىء وقد لا يمثل أداء المستشفى بشكل كامل
My experience in emergency:
A very, very long waiting time, we waited for more than two hours standing without proper waiting places or any expectations about the waiting time
There is only one emergency doctor! Most of the time it's not there
- And all this time, he was not in a preliminary examination of the patient's condition (Triage) until
The wheelchairs are all in poor condition
- The doctor discusses the patient's condition in the corridor and in a loud voice
To be honest, I have never seen a hospital with this level of disregard for the patient experience with the low level in the health sector in general
The hospital building is new but the level of service is one of the worst??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unorganized place, lack the proper management, no respect for patient’s privacy, no proper triage for emergency area, unexplained delay for consults and procedures. Will never come back here again. It was a mistake and will consider it 10 times before coming here, very lazy un productive lazy doctor in the ER room. They need someone to manage that place better and monitor people during work.
