โ โ โ โ โ Very bad staff , a cashier by the name of Zeulika starting arguing with me in Arabic . Extremely rude and no customer service. So shocked ! Even the floor worker Hamza was unhelpful. Nothing like the Matalan's in the UK.

โ โ โ โ โ They sometimes have some good discounts on children's clothing, which are worth checking out.
But I've rated it only 2 stars because a store clerk was following me through the whole store just about 2-3 feet from me the whole time, right at my heels...and not a single word was said (not even a "Hi, may I help you?"). I felt like I was being stalked! I felt so uncomfortable shopping due to this, so I left without purchasing anything.

โ โ โ โ โ Matalan always keep offers. Items for kids and ladies are available. Both boys and girls with different age dresses are available.
Staff are very good and communicating well. I found collections for ladies long Maxi type dresses are less. Was not much crowded on my last visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad shop, they rob the customers with their exchange policy. I bought 2 things, buy one and get one free, automatically the system took the high price but when i came to exchange they exchanged them on 50% off for each item will automatically will be less. And the caaher refused to let me buy something else with the difference. Also when i went to pay at the casher i recognised that the price on the tag is lower then of what i have to pay.
