The people who works there are very helpful and they are smiling all the time. The surprise they work 24 hours during Eid Adha holidays. They offered food, drinks, snacks and popcorn ? with 3 flavors and 3 sizes. Its not crowded in the daylight. But in the evening its crowded.

Cons:
- Waiting to be served by two male employees arguing count of the cash register.
- Repeatedly making mistakes with shoe size and is careless.
- negative attitude when gently correcting their mistake.
Pros:
- non-Saudi employees (cleaner and food service) were more accommodating than the front desk employee.
Regardless of the employee's awful behavior, I still enjoyed the time with my family.
Suggestion to management or owner hire better employees or training them about consequences.
