★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقه قذره وسخه تفتقر لأدنى درجات النظافه ،السجاد مليان شعر و مفرش السرير ما غيروه والزباله في الارض في كل مكان

للاسف ما حصلت سكن غير ذا الفندق وحجزت أسبوعين
الواجهة وموظفين الاستقبال خدمتهم كويسة و واجهة المحل كويسة نوعا ما
لكن لمن تجي للشقة انت وحظك يا تحصل ريحة الغرفة كويسة او دخان (نظافتهم مشي حالك باسوء شكل تتصوره ورح تعرف ليش بعدين)
الجدران وسخة شوف كيف البوية معدومة وحتى الثلاجة نفسها فيها قرف مسحها وبتصدقني
المكيف حرارته و برودته ممتازة صراحة
سجاد الارض كله قرف وشعر وأتحداك لو ينظفوه
السرير اقسم بالله انه أكثره شعر ولا ينظفوه وكويس اني جبت فرشة سرير احطها فوقها
نجي للحمام الأعفن شيء : حشرات بالهبل، ما ينظفولك الحمام، وانا كنت ساكن باحد الغرف وللاسف الحمام طافح موية ما أقدر اتوضى او استحمى وطبعا لمن اشتكيت نقلوني لغرفة ثانية لكن الغرفة الجديدة نفس الشيء وسخ ولمبات محروقة واكثر افياش الكهرباء ما تشتغل
لو في اقل من نجمة بقيمها بالسالب
المكان ما يصلح للسكن الا اذا غيرو طاقم النظافة ونفضو الشقق كاملة
والله على ما اقول شهيد بكل حرف

The bed, I swear to God, is the most hairy, and they don't clean it. It's good that I got a mattress and put it on top of it.
We came to the moldy bathroom. Something: bugs in the litter, they didn't clean the bathroom, and I was living in one of the rooms, and unfortunately the bathroom was overflowing with water, I couldn't wash or take a shower, and of course those who complained moved me to another room, but the new room is the same thing, dirty and burnt bulbs, and most of the electric sockets don't work.
If there is less than one star, rate it negative
The place is not suitable for living unless they change the cleaning staff and clean the apartments completely

رسالتى موجهه للادارة
أولا كيف يتم حجز غرفه شهرى ويكون الشرط فى حال حبيت اغادر بعد عشر ايام او اسبوعين باقي المبلغ غير مسترجع
كيف بالله عليكم
لكن الاستقبال والناس ئلى فيه والله طيبين وقمه الذوق والاخلاق
وجميع المرافق متوفرة حول الفندق
لكن لازم وضع حل يرضي العميل وادارة الفندق
إذا محتاج اغادر وصار لى ظروف
ليش ما تتفاهمون مع العميل على الايام ئلى جلسها ولا ضرر ولا ضرار
وارجو الرد من الادارة قريبا
والتفاهم السلمي والحق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النظافة لك عليها وتلقى اشياء من اللي قبلك وواضح انها ماتنظفت.
عزل الشقق سيء جداً وتسمع اللي يسولف بره واللي يتفرج على جواله.
اللي نومه خفيف ماتصلح له ماراح يقدر ينام.
تجربتي معهم بشكل عام جداً سيئة ولن تتكرر.. الحسنة الوحيدة موظفي الاستقبال الأخ المصري و الأخ السوداني أخلاقهم عالية أما غير كذا لايوجد مايشفع لهم
