โ โ โ โ โ Modern units, clean but look wise a bit congested...facilities are less compared to number of tenants, seems crowded. Pool heating doesnt work, gym is small, tabble tennis and indoor games in an apartment with limited time

โ โ โ โ โ The photos and ratings are extremely misleading and donโt compare to current reality. I visited Marvela one week ago, was quoted 93k for a two bedroom apartment unfurnished. First of all, the buildings have cracked exteriors and lack basic maintenance or painting. Inside, the corners of corridors were chipped, large portions had damaged walls and most importantly: neighbors left all their shoes/kids toys/dirty items in the hallways as if this is some sort of dump. Itโs unhygienic and unsightly, we noticed in both blocks we visited. The apartments themselves had been destroyed by previous tenants with damage to flooring, painting, fixtures and pretty much everything was filthy. This is no luxury location as promised, itโs actually quite overpriced for the level of damage and dirt we experienced. Based on the fact that people even have no problem keeping filth on balconies and hallways, it doesnโt seem like thereโs much renting criteria either. Fairly sad considering how nice it looks from outside the gates!

โ โ โ โ โ I lived in marvela compound for almost 3 years was a wonderful place and we spent a very nice time with the family and friends itโs been pleasure for us to live there many many thanks to the compound manger and staff for their warm hospitality all of them

โ โ โ โ โ Marvela is a beautiful compound and facilities as well but management staff needs to have sessions to deal with the guests, maintenance and cleanliness are uncooperative, security and peace are helpful and the health club is nice and I thank Coach Ahmed for his cooperation with the guests
