★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is okay apartment. It is older but has most things you need. The size of 1 bedroom is big enough. There are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We were happy to have the kitchen with some pots and pans to cook some things. The bed was comfortable.
In our apartment, the sink was cracked, bathroom lamp had burn marks above and cooktop had burn marks around. The couch had stains and cigarette burn marks. The dining table only has 2 chairs. There are not many electric outlet plugs for your personal use, particularly in the living room. We used booking and messages to confirm we would have bathtub. Manager confirmed but on arrival there was no bathtub in our apartment. Front desk said no room with bathtub available.
I recommend parking in front or on street. The parking behind lobby is tight.
