★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشغل ممتاز لكن المصريين جالسين يضحكون مع البنات الموظفات ويغمزون بكلام ضحكهم معبي المكان الحقيقه اني اتساءل عن باعة الاعراض من يضع بنته او اخته اوقريبته مع العامل اذا لم تكن هذه هي الدياثه فماهي اذا !!!
The work is excellent, but the Egyptians are sitting laughing with the female employees and winking at their laughter that fills the place. The truth is that I am wondering about the sellers of symptoms who put his daughter, sister or relative with the worker if this is not the case, then what is!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف من اسوا كافيهات اللي تعاملت معهم حتى نجمه مايستحقونها طلبت دله قهوة عربي جابولي القهوة في كاسات وعلى التاخير جابها بارده وطعمها مو لابد فيها مراره وحتى لايوجد مع القهوة العربي تمر والبنر ناشف وبارد وطلبت يكثر الصوص عليها وحاطلي بالقطاره تعامل الكاشير سي جدا وايضا اللي يقدم الخدمة والاسعار مرتفعه اخر التجربة عندهم ولايمكن اعادتها ابدا ?
Unfortunately, one of the worst cafes that I have dealt with, even a star, they do not deserve it. I ordered a bowl of Arabic coffee. The coffee was in cups, and at the end of the day, he got it cold and the taste does not have to be bitter. Even the Arabic coffee does not pass and the pan is dry and cold. I asked for a lot of sauce on it. And the prices are high at the end of the experience with them and they can never be returned ?

بس للاسف الموظفه ترفع الضغط تعامل سيء
قالت لي ١٢ دقيقه وانتظرت ٤٥ دقيقه مع اني ما فيه الا انا وتتكلم من راس خشمها !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا الفرع من أسوء فروع المملكة إن كان من حيث جودة ما يقدمه أو من حيث التعامل مع الزبون والعميل والمندوب..أنا من مرتادي ماما بنز في جده أتمنى يتعلمون شوي من فرع عرب مول بس شوي يتعلمون لا يضغطون على نفسهم كثير وعلموهم إن الموضوع عجينة وسكر بالنسبة للبنز فما يحتاج العامل يطلب زيادة أموال بمجرد ما تقول له كثر كريمه هذا عدم إحترام وعلموهم يقفلون فتحة المشروب إذا جاهم مندوب توصيل من أحد البرامج النظافة زينه وهذا حق من حقوق العميل..التقييم لهذا الفرع 1 من 5
This branch is one of the worst branches in the Kingdom, if it is in terms of the quality of what it offers or in terms of dealing with the customer, the client and the representative..I am one of Mama Benz’s frequent visitors in Jeddah. I hope they learn a little bit from the Arab Mall branch, but they learn not to put too much pressure on themselves and teach them that the issue is dough and sugar. As for benz, the worker does not need to ask for an increase in money as soon as you tell him a lot of generous. This is disrespect and teach them to close the drink slot if a delivery representative from one of the cleaning programs comes to them, and this is one of the rights of the customer.. Rating for this branch is 1 out of 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شكرا لجميع القائمين على العمل بهذا الفرع ابتداء من المدير محمد ابو ليلى. متعاونين واخلاقهم جدا عاليه.. اطلب اشياء متنوعه قهوه امريكيه. اسبريسو ..فلات وايت ... بنز... والأهم لو عندك ملاحظه تعاونوا معك على تلافيها واصلاحها وانت عندهم .. بصفه عامه تحس بالراحه فشكرا لجميع القائمين على هذا المكان?
Thank you to all those working in this branch, starting with the manager, Mohamed Abu Laila. Cooperatives and their morals are very high.. I order a variety of things, American coffee. Espresso..flat white...benz...and most importantly, if you have an observation, they cooperate with you to avoid and repair it while you are with them..
