★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceptable mall with acceptable tenant mix. Reality is I believe that with Abha Rashid Mall so close it will slowly fade and will be relegated to tier 2. It will be interesting to see how tenants evolve. For now, still good mix of stores and F&B but already behind Rashid
