F	Foodie platform on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros- tasty food ,amazing view out The window, comfy beds, good shuttle service. Friendly staff Cons-Housekeeping were lazy and avoided cleaning the rooms. The food is limited especially in suhur. There was a lot of pasta and rice. There needs to be lighter options like cheese, yogurt and baked goods rather than just food from iftar.

M	Mohd Azeem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in general is nice. Elegant & good furniture and decor, but reception guy was rude, and I got the very small room there is no space literally to go between beds. One my friend was lucky he stayed before and got good room, so best of LUCK.
S	Sajid M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmed Check in time is 4 PM. We reached the hotel by 3.30 pm. We were told to wait for a few minutes. The staff did not give any reason for this. I again approached the staff after 30 minutes. I was again told to wait. There were many people already waiting at the reception. The staff at reception was saying the same thing to everyone. Many guests were with small kids. By around 4.30 PM we realized that the existing guests were checking out late, some checking out at 4 pm, some at 4.30 pm etc. The hotel check out time is 2 PM. And this meant that the rooms were not ready for the new guests. None of the staff at reception seemed to be trained or experienced to manage such situation. It was very disappointing for all the guests who were waiting for checkin including me. We were finally given rooms by 6 PM, after continuous follow-up for around 2 and half hours. Please be very careful while booking at this hotel during busy seasons.

U	Usman Masood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply outstanding. Excellent service by the hotel. They truly do look after all of your needs. They shuttle schedule to Haram is punctual and well thought out. But you need to have discipline to follow it. The breakfast offers a decent variety. Food ordered via room service is amazing and extremely well priced.

Also some of the plates in the buffet are bit dirty which is something I hope the staff would pay more attention to. Other than that the place is good, and the food is excellent.
