★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت مكيف اسبلت وجابوه وركبوه طلع خربان الكبروسر مايشتغل ابد ورفضوا يستبدلوه وتركوه وقالو اتواصل مع الوكيل مالنا دخل لان عليه ضمان !!
صدقتهم ولما تواصلت مع الوكيل لازم موعد اقرب شي بعد شهر !!
يعني فوق ما انهم نصابين ويبيعون مكيفات فيها مشاكل مصنعية حسب كلام اللي ركبه من معرضهم نفسه يرفضون يستبدلون لك المنتج ويذلونك بمواعيد تقعد شهر في الحر عشان تنتظر الفني يجي ويقولك ايش المشكله .. وكمان بعد الشهر جا الفني من الوكيل نفسه ورفض الاستبدال مع اني مستلمه خربان ومشتريه جديد يعني يبيعون شي خربان بقيمة الجديد ويصلحونه عندك هذا باختصار شغلهم .
عمزما اللي يتورط في بضاعتهم يرفع شكوى لوزارة التجاره مباشره لايتعب نفسه معهم نصيحه من واقع تجربه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف كان من المفترض تواجد كرتون كمامات بالمحل بدل طردكم للعميل بحجه عدم وجود كمام وهذا ليس عذر وتعاملكم هذا جدا غير مجدي تعامل لا يناسب امكانيات الشركه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل غير جيد في تركيب المكيف كل واحد يعطيك رقم ويقول ارسل الموقع وسته ساعات وصل ثالث واحد ويقول المسؤول المعرض وانا كان عندي مشوار مهم وتعطلت بسبب المكيف مع العلم ان المواسير راكبه والقاعده تبع السبليت
تم الغاء التعامل مع بن حمود للاجهزة
