B	Basma Salama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ receiving a confirmation on booking that we do have 2 rooms we booked, and when arrived at 15:30, we were kept to stay in the reception for an hour waiting for an ambiguous check-in procedures. And the result was a small room for six persons. we still waiting for the time being in z same small room, we’ve to order meals as we were famished, still we were kept for almost 2hrs to then receiving a non-edible cold food. We kept demanding them for our 2nd room they lied to us 3 times. suppose we’re to perform Ummrah but this is unacceptable to any human being the room is poor the furnishing is even poorer

M	Mumtaz Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When u visit Mecca your worry is basically you want to in haram on time, what are the new regulations entering haram, will I be able to see Kaaba closely etc , but my experience was rather good entering haram and equally horrible staying at makarem um al qura, hardly any internet, room cleaning doesn't happen no matter who you tell, no hot water, iron doesn't work, tea kettle doesn't, drain blockage when u take bath, cold water in shower doesn't work, shuttle bus Is in a mess, Comes once minimum 45 minutes gap. can u imagine the situation one has to go thru, i am glad my check out was just three days of stay, glad to be out of this hotel I don't know what star ratings do they carry officially, it was a nightmare staying at the hotel. Room 1214.
t	talal ahmed khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable stay ,clean room and toilet , selected the hotel because of it's close proximity to Haram , 24 hr shuttle service available along with free hotel parking ,very hospitable staff ,i stayed in hotel twice and tried their breakfast buffet also which included scrumptious dishes ,salads and juices , didn't find any objection or dissatisfaction ,rates slightly higher on weekends . Would prefer to stay again Recommended
A	Anas, Muhammadh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money. Neat rooms, clean bathrooms. Quick check in and check out. Free parking. Shuttle to Haram. Supermarket, coffee shop and barber available in the hotel. Only negative is that there are no restaurants near by.
S	Samar Salama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience We booked 2 rooms through booking and confirmed the booking with the hotel by phone with time of arrival and could not get the rooms at arrival we only got one room after waiting for 1 hour and the other room it's been almost 4 hours and still no available rooms. How come you confirm bookings with no available rooms? The food is cold and doesn't even match to it's price i should've gone to any steak restaurants and pay same amount for decent meals

The check in process was extremely fast and smooth. The room/bathroom was clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. The person worth mentioning was Mr. Siraj, the Captain at the reception. He is extremely helpful, friendly and caring. Housekeeping was up to the mark. There is parking available here. Further there is a 24hr shuttle service which is helpful. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recommend it to my family/friends. Thank you…! ?
