In the backyard of the market, there is a dates farm with many photo spots with dates trees as background. Please come earlier to avoid the crowds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajwa dates (Prophet's dates) are black in color, this one is typical of the city of Madinah, but the price is also more expensive than regular dates.
When we visited Majed Zuhairi's date orchard (location near Quba 'Madinah Mosque) the price of Ajwa dates is 50 SAR & regular dates are 20 SAR per kg & the price can still be negotiated/negotiated.
The vendors there are very friendly and helpful. They will explain the type of dates that are sold and you can eat freely as much as you want.
