★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح به. نفسية شينة. جهازه طول الوقت عطلان. مايتواجد كثير في الورشة. في الاخر غير لي الكمبروسر وبعدها بأقل من سنتين رجعت نفس المشكلة. رحت ٥ ورش واكدولي ان تركيب الكومبروسر خاطيء والدائرة مو نظيفة، الا هوا يقول لي السيارة مافيها شيء بس يبغالها فحص كمبوتر وانا جهازي عطلان! كيف تقنعه ان شغله مضروب وانه خسرني فلوس وجهد ومواعيد!
I do not recommend it. Shameful psyche. His device has been out of order all the time. There is a lot in the workshop. At the end, I changed the compressor, and less than two years later, the same problem came back. I went to 5 workshops and they confirmed that the compressor installation is wrong and the circuit is not clean, except for someone telling me the car has nothing, but it needs to be checked by a computer and my device is broken! How do you convince him that his job is multiplied and that he lost me money, effort and appointments!

١ أرسل الولد يجيب قطع غيار شفهيا بدون تحديد المطلوب بدقة وبدون رقم القطعة بدون مايفك القطعة ويعطيك إياها تجيب زيها
٢ جاب له بالقطع وقال ناقصة شفهيا
٣ جاب القطع الناقصة وسلمها واتصلوا عليه القطعة غلط
٤ بعد مفاوضات ركبوا قطع مستعملة
٥ شغل اليد تقريبا ٣ ساعات مع الفريون ٧٥٠ ريال.
المفروض يفك القطع الخربانة كاملة وتاخذها معك لمحل قطع الغيار أو كتابة جميع القطع المطلوبة مفصلا على نموذج رسمي للورشة وتجيب القطع بمشوار واحد.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بداية استغربت انزعاج البعض من الاعتذار عن استقبال بعض الفئات من السيارات، لأن هذا دليل احترافية وأمانة، تجربتي الشخصية كانت :
١. الإستقبال كان متزن جداً مع الترحيب، دليل الأمانة وعدم التسرع لمجرد الكسب.
٢. التفاعل والاتصال بعد التشخيص السليم باستخدام جهاز مختص، و عرض الحلول المتاحة مع تقديم النصيحة ساعدني جداً.
٣. السرعة في الإصلاح رغم الزحمة كانت مشكورة جداً، والسعر كان ممتاز للأمانة.
هذي كانت خلاصة تجربتي مع ورشة التونسي بإشراف السيد هيثم مشكوراً، بعد تجارب سيئة مع عدة ورش طلبت مني تغيير الكومبريسور و إبقاء السيارة مدة يوم كامل فقط للفحص، تم الإنتهاء من إصلاح الكومبريسور عندهم خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط وإنهاء المشكلة.
تتم التجربة في الوقت الراهن لتحديث التعليق لاحقاً، والنتيجة المبدئية (تجربة مميزة وموفقة) من خلال تجربتي أكيد أنصح بالتعامل معهم.
At first, I was surprised by the annoyance of some people about the apology for receiving some categories of cars, because this is a guide to professionalism and honesty. My personal experience was:
1. The reception was very balanced with the welcome, evidence of honesty and not being in a rush just to earn.
2. Interaction and communication after a proper diagnosis using a specialized device, presenting the available solutions and giving advice helped me very much.
3. The speed of repair, despite the crowding, was very commendable, and the price was excellent, to be honest.
This was the summary of my experience with Al-Tunisi’s workshop under the supervision of Mr. Haitham. Thank you. After bad experiences with several workshops, they asked me to change the compressor and keep the car for a whole day only for inspection. The compressor repair was completed within 24 hours and the problem was resolved.
The experiment is taking place at the moment to update the comment later, and the initial result (a distinctive and successful experience) through my experience, I definitely recommend dealing with them.
