★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought tagheur glasses from maghrabi during sales and within 3 months the rubber at the end of glasses start to break as if the rubber was kind of expired. I reported this to maghrabi but they said there is no warranty on it.. I wonder what is the warranty about then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being a loyal customer to Magrabi for last 14 years, I will look now for alternatives due to my latest very poor experience with Magrabi.
I bought new varifocal glasses for over 2300.-SR, which I stored same as I did with all my previous glasses, during driving at a plastic case inside my car. After only few weeks I noticed that both lenses got scratched exact on the spot where the lenses have contact to the case. This never happens to my previous glasses, not the reading-, varifocal-, or Sunglasses.
When I complained about it to Magrabi, they said it's my fault but as a gesture of good will, they would give me 30% discount on new lenses. This compensation wouldn't be satisfying at all.
A colleagues of mine made with his new glasses exactly same experience. Magrabi should better have a check on their product quality and hardness of lenses material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total bad experience, no transparency before purchasing about lenses nonconformance with size and even after you receive it, they just don’t care. Also, when you receive a call from them to rate their service, you give 1/10 rating and still they don’t care. They have a major issue with customer satisfaction
