★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the customer service. I asked for something from one of the staff and he asked someone else to get it for me and just left me without checking if I needed something else. It was kinda rude ‘cause I didn’t finish.
Moreover, the system was not integrated to their online sales. I wanted to buy a new pillow cover and wanted to double check the type I bought a month ago via their website, but unfortunately it wasn’t saved for some reason.
