★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever this took over 2 month to get my glasses ready the said it would be done from 5-12 days now I haven’t have me glasses for 2 week already and the frames broke when I was just cleaning it and didn’t even get a call to say your glasses are ready come pick them up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst after sale service .. the salesman ( Mohamad Jamal ) agreed with me that he will offer me a new montblanc frame after 10 days as he mentioned i went to the shop without receiving any Text message to get my glasses and what I was expecting happened the glass was ready and now one contacted me and And even worse its the frame from the display which i recognize with oily Skin marks and very easily he replied to me if you don't like it call our customer service and apply for a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience EVER. This is the second and the last time to deal with this thing called MAGHRAI. They do their best to steal from medical insurance companies. The workers were not even able to fake professionalism. It took them 9 days to make lenses for my glasses. And their focus measurement was wrong as my previous experience. I had to visit the shop to make a scene so they can understand their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor dispensing service. Ordered our glasses/frames. Didn’t get a phone call or SMS to say our frames/glasses were ready for collection.
Rang several times for few days but not once did anyone pick up or answer the telephone. A joke! They probably spend all the time on their own phones. Yet they can’t answer the branch phone!
When we finally went to pick up the glasses the customer service for unbelievable. Extremely poor. Why have a telephone number if your staff isn’t going to answer? Won’t be going here again.
Staff are very arrogant. Didn’t apologise at all. Very poor customer service. Need training up.
