★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mustafa is the Manager the Optical Maghrabi is very bad manager and awful representative to the group, he must be removed from his post. I placed order for Eye glasses Ray-ban and I was informed when I ordered them the price will 640 SAR for frame and 600 for the lenses, and they told me this will need two weeks as the frames comes from Italy, which is a big lie. 2 weeks later I called to get the update, I was told my order was not placed because the lady employee went for vacation and forget to place the order??? to add to this they said the prices now has changed from 1,240 SAR to 1,470 and they said anyway you are not paying from your pocket, the insurance will pay for it this is not legal they must be investigated. I tried to contact the insurance and file a complain which they are looking into it - please be aware they can scam you easy.

Waiting 3 hours for Emmergency dental section for my baby!!! Management should thinking about valuable customer!!! So sad!!!

I waited more than 2 hours and left the hospital without getting any help from anyone i asked.
The staff needs to be more acknowledged about the procedure of the hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a manager in the eye shop for Maghrabi his name is Moustafa and assume he is the worst person can hold a position manager ! Very careless not Proffesional at all, he has talked to me in phone and promised to sort my issue and get back to me after 10 days waiting my eye glasses! But it takes 4 days after he said few minutes and he will get back but never get back and when i called them back after 4 days so it is same situation! No one to update !
The worst service for Maghrabi world wide
The worst manager and it seems all saudi arabia management since they do keep such mindsets in customer service.
Horrible experience and very low profile staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much appreciate how the staff handled my booking. from registering online and finding the most efficient and professional Doctor for my cataract.. it was fast and accurate registration at the reception and they guided you to the right room number. all staff are very accommodating. Then I met Dr. Ezz eldin. immediately he conducted a series of test and discuss my case and what are the best options or procedure available. for my case. highly recommended for Eye examination and procedure. 5 stars!
