★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disappointing hotel, we were 3 and we got only 1 towle and we started to search in every floor for the cleaning crew and we didn't find any. The service is very bad, they promised us that we will get tea like they are welcoming us but we didn't get anything. Bad experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remarkable place where you can see Red sea, Jeddah port plenty of cars moving through Jeddah Makkah highway. All you can vew from the window of Madina Palace hotel. Ancient city of Balad also near from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location isn't ideal, seeing as it neither provides the promised sea view nor allows easy access to the rest of the city. The daily cleaning wouldn't be performed unless asked, although they sometimes forgot to do it even when asked multiple times.
The elevator only worked sometimes. The Internet usually didn't work, and when it did it was very poor.
The room was alright though, the best were comfortable and there was a TV. No accommodations to watch movies or the like though.
