★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean but the rooms are a bit smaller for me. The main advantage is that it has free car parking. You can go to Balad markets by taxi for 10 Riyals one way. It is near to foreign ministry on a walking distance. Max and 5 riyals shopping are nearby.
Lifts are small but always available. The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

but the room service was almost non existence and it doesn't have a restaurant the food is outsourced and it was good sometimes decent
the experience overall wasn't the worst but I wouldn't recommend it
