★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحقيقة وجدت بعض المراجعات تتكلم عن سوء الخدمة المقدمه من الموظفين وموظفين الأمن بالموقع؟ لكن هذي كلمة حق اقولها عن تجربة شخصية انا ذهبت للموقع ووجدت موظفين الأمن يتعاملون مع الزوار بإحترافيه وقمة الإحترام وكذلك موظفين المعرض لدرجة كان عندي تطعيمة واحدة بتوكلنا لم يسمحوا لي بالدخول واخبرتهم بأن لدي اعفاء ونسيته بالبيت فقاموا جزاهم الله خير بأخذ اوراقي واجلسوني بسيارتي وانهوا خدمتي بمدة قياسيه.. من لايشكر الله لايشكر الناس> فلهم جزيل الشكر والعرفان?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرته قبل سنتين كانت تعمه الفوضاء وكانوا في خيمة (مثل خيام المعارض) ،، لكن الآن في تحسن ملحوظ عن السابق
آخر زيارة كانت في 1-6-2022
لكن لازال يوجد سوء تنظيم ،
* أرقام الانتظار مطبوعة وجاهزة عند حارس الأمن
*وشاشات الأرقام لاتعمل وإذا انتهت الموظفة من خدمة العميل تسأل زميلاتها (كم وصل الرقم؟)
*وإذا سلمت أوراقك للموظفة ترجع تنتظر بالجهة الثانية حتى يجهزون طلبك وتستلم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يا اخوان اللي يجون من مسافات بعيدة لا احد يجي واهله معه في السياره يقول على طريقي استلم طلبياتي وامشي ترا الوضع جداً مزحوم والانتظار طويل جداً جيت الساعه 1 الظهر ولا استلمت الا الساعه 8 مساء شفت كثير ناس عوايلهم في السياره جالسين ينتظرون فحبيت انبهكم لا تجيب معك احد واحسب حساب انك بتنتظر وللعلم ترا اللي يجي بيشتري يخلصونه اسرع من اللي طالب وجاي على موعد . انا ما ألون المنظمين ولا ألوم احد لان بصراحه العدد كثير واذا كثرو الناس حصل التاخير والاخبطه موفقين خير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ تنظيم ممكن تشوفه في حياتك. اوراق المواعيد يدوية مالها علاقة في الارقام والاوقات المطبوعة. التنظيم سيء للغاية. الناس تنتظر من ٤ الى ٦ ساعات . لدرجة اني لقيت ناس في المواقف منزلين عزبتهم ويسوون قهوة وشاهي .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا سلمت الادارة لفاشلين ينتهي الامر مثل هالتنظيم. كل شي ورقي. الموظفين مثال على عدم الكفاءة. الانتظار من الوصول لاستلام الطلب اقل شي ٦ ساعات. يطلب منك السكيورتي تنتظر خارج المبنى ساعة بدون حمام او حتى ظل العالم تجلس على الرصيف. باختصار من زماااان ماشفت شي بمستوى الفشل هذا والمفروض يستخدمونه نموذج للفشل الاداري ويدرس بالجامعات.

ملاحضه : المواعيد المسجله من قبل الموقع غير معتمده راح توصلك رساله نصيه بموعد الاستلام وتاخذ معاك صوره من الهويه الوطنيه و صور من فواتير الشراء وصوره من ابشر بالتصريح فقط
