واهتمام بالعميل جدا جميل ..
ما بعد البيع :
— عدم التجاوب مع إتصالات العميل ..
— اعطوني موعد التسليم خلال 25 يوم ، لكن للأسف تم التسليم بعد 46 يوم ..
— سياسة العروض مبهمة ، ولا يتم إيضاح تفاصيل العرض للعميل ..
— هالتقييم والتعليق لهذا الفرع ، ولا أعلم عن بقية فروعهم ..
— مدير المعرض سعودي لكن ما بيده شيء ، ولا يخدم بشيء ، كل الشغل عند الموظف مصري ..
بإختصار آخر تعامل لي مع العييدي..

أسعارهم مرات تشوفها غالية ومرات مناسبة خصوصاً وقت العروض ..
نقطة مهمة،
وهي أنهم يفصلون غرف النوم في مصنعهم ويضمنونها مدة طويلة ١٠ سنوات ..
الموظف "جمال" محترم ومتعاون ..
أخذت منهم ٤ غرف على فترات مختلفة وكلها كانت تجارب ممتازة ..
ميزة التعديل بالغرف والتفصال حسب احتياجك ممتازة، ولكن للأمانة يحتاجون يراعون في السعر وقتها ..
