★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه الصيانه والضمان سيئة لي خمس شهور طالب صيانه ومحد عبرني لازم الاحقهم بس بوقت البيع كويسين بعد البيع ماعلينا منك تصبر فوق سنه والى وقتكم الحالي ماكلموني والله اخر تجربه لي معاهم
 The maintenance and warranty service is bad for me, five months. I demanded maintenance, and no one crossed me. I must follow them, but at the time of sale, they are good. After the sale, we do not have to be patient for more than a year. Until now, they have spoken to me, and God is my last experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أكثر من سنة ونص نستجدي الموظفين عشان يجون يسوون صيانة لغرفة النوم اللي عليها ضمان عشر سنوات ، المشكلة رقم المحل معطل ولازم تجيهم بالفرع وإذا جيت يوعدونك أنهم يجون لكن محد يجي .
For more than a year and a half, we beg the employees to come and do maintenance for the bedroom, which has a ten-year warranty. The problem is that the shop number is broken, and you must bring them to the branch, and if you come, they promise you that they will come, but no one comes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة متجر غريب يبيع عليك غرف نوم وأثاث بالأخير ينتقل لمدينة الرياض ويقفل اللي عندك هنا يعني حتى فرع ثاني مافتحوا بس ياخذ من الزبائن فلوس ويعطيهم ضمان على الفاضي مرتين يطلعون صيانه لغرفة نوم تتفكك قبل يقفلون والحين ابشركم سحبوا علينا!!!؟
Frankly, a strange store sells bedrooms and furniture to you, in the end, it moves to the city of Riyadh and closes what you have here. I mean, even a second branch has not opened, but it takes money from customers and gives them a guarantee on the empty space twice.
