Undisputedly one of the best and cleanest apartments in Riyadh, the quality of cleanliness is very, very high, and its strategic location is close to one of the best places in Riyadh. The reception was treated very classy and I thank them for that

اسعارها مناسبة جدا خاصة ان الشقق نظيفه.
موقعها ممتاز خاصة قريبه من المطار وجامعة نور واجهة الرياض
The place is clean and tidy and the treatment of the staff is excellent
The prices are very reasonable, especially since the apartments are clean.
Its location is excellent, especially close to the airport and Noor University, the front of Riyadh

The hotel is wonderful, the room is clean, the treatment is very elegant, the prices are good, everything is available, and an iron and microwave are available ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذه ثاني مره ارجع اسكن عندهم الشقق رهيبة ونظيفة بشكل رائع أنا وأنت كزبائن نحتاج حاجتين مهمة السعر والنظافة وبإمانة هذه الحاجتين موجودة عندهم أسعارهم حلوة ومناسبة مقارنة بباقي الشقق في المنطقة والنظافة عندهم عالية المستوى لدرجة تحس أنك أول واحد تسكن فيها .
خدمة الأنترنت عندهم مجانيّة .
الموظفين تجاوبهم سريع وجميل خصوصاً الهندي مدري البنقالي اللي في الليل أو السوداني اللي في النهار رهيب السوداني وتعامله لطيف مع الزبون .
ملاحظات بسيطة حاب أرسلها للإدارة .
ياليت تحطون مكيفات حارة أو دفّايات في فصل الشتاء لأن الشقة سيراميك وبرد الرياض قوي .
ونتمنى أن يكون عندكم كوفي صغير يقدم لنا المشروبات الباردة والحارة وبعض البساكيت والشوكلاته وكمان يكون عندكم خدمة غسيل وكوي الملابس داخل الشقق . وشكراً .
This is the second time I return to live with them. The apartments are awesome and clean in a wonderful way. You and I, as customers, need two important needs: price and cleanliness. In all honesty, these two things are available to them. Their prices are good and appropriate compared to the rest of the apartments in the area, and their cleanliness is so high that you feel that you are the first one to live in.
Their internet service is free.
The staff responds quickly and beautifully, especially the Indian, the bank’s manager at night, or the Sudanese during the day. The Sudanese are horrible and treat them nicely with the customer.
Simple notes I would like to send to management.
I would like you to put hot air conditioners or heaters in the winter because the apartment is ceramic and the cold of Riyadh is strong.
We hope that you will have a small coffee shop that serves cold and hot drinks, some biscuits and chocolate, and you will also have a laundry and ironing service inside the apartments. Thank you .
