وقالوا تعالي يوم ثاني
شي محزن ان مكتب احد الدكتورات عباره عن حمام
نجمه للاستقبال الي يشتغلون بسرعه وما يعطلونك
نجمه لطريقه اخذ الموعد بسهوله

قسم المواعيد شغلها بطيء الغريب إن المركز ماعليه ضغط مراجعين لكن في خلل في إدارة عملهم بطيئين جدًا يعيبهم عدم التنظيم
مثلاً يعطوني رقم وادخل على عيادتين عيادة تفحص الطفل تأخذ حرارته وللأسف الشديد اليوم الطبيبة الموجودة ما فكرت تتحرك من مكانها تأخذ وزنه أنا أخذت وزنه وكتبته بالورقة حتى أعطيه العيادة الثانية وفي العيادة الثانية تسأل عن الطفل وسبب المراجعة وتسجل وصفة عالكمبيوتر وبعدها نطلع لعيادة التطعيم
٣ نجمات فقط لحسن تعامل الطبيبة في قسم التطعيم و معها عيادة رقم ٣
ومن المؤسف إن الأرقام تعطى واليوم مراجعة بعدي دخلت قبلي ولا فيه أي سياسة للتنظيم
المفترض يسأل عن الرقم قبل تدخل على العيادة
أما بالنسبة للمبنى على الوزارة الموقرة الحرص على تخصيص مراكز مهيأة فعلاً كمراكز وليست عمارة بشقق
!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحةً وللأمانة طبيب الأسنان ومساعدته هم أفضل شيء بالمركز ولا كل شيء سيئ لا طب الأسرة ولا المختبر ولا التعامل ولا المبنى فعلًا كأني رايحه مشغل! حتى التحليل اللي سويناه صارت فينا كدمه جلست اسبوعين من سوء الاستخدام للإبر.. ارجو تعديل كل شيء والاهتمام والحرص 200٪
