★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرفة رائحتها كريهة جدا وباب الحمام لايغلق فتخرج منه روائح مزعجة … الاثاث غير نظيف ويحتاج الى تغيير

الغرف واسعة ومرتبة.
اثاث نظيف وحديث.
تنوع في أشكال الوحدات السكنية.
سعر معقول مقارنة بغيره من نفس المستوى.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولاً الشقق جداً جميلة ومكانها مناسب والشقق نظيفة ومريحة وهدوء وسعر مناسب ولكن الشخص المسوول اليمني غير واضح من ناحية السعر دفعت له 170 ريال واتفاجئ اليوم الاخر انه مسجل في السجل 150 اين ذهبت الـ 20 و اجهت و جعل سعر الشقة 150 والله اعلم عنه ان كان خداع وهل هناك اناس غيري اتمنى من المالك اذا رآى التعليق ان ينظر الى هذا الامر اما من ناحية الشقق لا تفوتكم والله وغير كذا تنومة بين النماص و بللسمر و بالتوفيق للجميع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أحد أجمل الاقامات لي رغم بساطتها. الغرف أرضية على الشارع، سعر الشقة ١٠٠ ريال، فيها غسالة ملابس، و ايضاً تختار اذا تبي شقة بحمام عربي او افرنجي، الشقة نظيفة بشكل عام و هادية و شرحة لكن يعيبهم ان المفارش غير نظيفة
One of the most beautiful stays for me despite its simplicity. The rooms are ground on the street, the price of the apartment is 100 riyals, it has a washing machine, and also you choose if you want an apartment with an Arab or French bathroom, the apartment is clean in general, quiet and explained, but their fault is that the sheets are not clean

من حيث النظافة و الخدمة و المواقف والخصوصية
ينقصه بعض الخدمات مثلا
منطقة ألعاب أطفال ... و مداخل لأصحاب الكراسي المتحركة
و تنظيم المواقف .... إيجاد مقهى أو خدمة بوفيه للوجبات السريعة ... مغسلة ملابس
Generally, it is worth four stars

A children's play area ... and wheelchair access

يستاهل اربع نجوم
مكان هادئ..
وقريب من الطريق العام الطائف _أبهاء...
مواقف واسعه.. وكل صاحب شقه يقف بجانب شقته ولكن ...تحتاج لرسم الموقف حتى لايتضايف مع جاره.
نظيفه ..ورائحتها جميله.
لايوجد فرن غاز أو كهربائي مع كلامهم أنه متوفر عند الطلب.
ملاحظه:
الشقق جديد لها 10 أشهر فقط
نشكر موظف الإستقبال "سالم" هندي الجنسيه
لحسن تعامله وأخلاقه الطيبه.

وحدات سكنيه مختلفة الاحجام
تصميمها جيد يوجد مطبخ
ادوات بسيطه
دورة مياه من غير ادوات استحمام
تحتاج لتحسين في الاثاث ونظافة اكثر واهتمام
العامل اليماني سيء بالتعامل
الهندي افضل بكثير
