★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غير نظيفه والمفارش رائحتها غير جيده والمؤجر غير محترم وأسلوبه غير لائق وقام بإيجار الشقه وانا لازلت موجود فيها ومن دون لا يستأذن أو يبلغني بالتجديد أو الخروج

جيتهم في وقت شتاء ورفض يخفض ولو ريال واحد
سعرهم 250 على غير سنع
ادفع 300 عند غيرهم في شي يستاهل
للاسف ما فيه اهتمام رغم انهم لا يعملون الا في الصيف

- فيها غسالة ملابس وثلاجة
-فيها تكييف
- الدواليب والتسريحة كلها غبار مثل مافي الصورة
- العامل المساعد للمستأجر في حمل الأغراض : يطلب مال زيادة !! والمعروف ان هذه خدمة مجانية ( تمثل خدمات الشقة )
