انا أول مره أشوف خدمة عملاء بهذا السوء
في كل مرة أجي أطبع عندهم أتأكد من حذف الملفات
الي هو حقي الطبيعي في حماية معلوماتي الشخصية
بعد انتهاء الخدمة الي دفعت لها من مالي الخاص
لكن العامل يعصب و يتنرفز و يرادد بعد !!
يعني من جد لا تعليق ماراح أتعامل مع هذي المكتبة

One of the worst places that I came to in my entire life, the customer service is beyond horrible, one of the workers gets mad whenever I ask him to delete my files after finishing printing which I payed for! But he gets really mad when I ask for that, like who are you? It’s my right to ask you to do that, I don’t care who are you, I’m never going to use their service as it’s one of the worst that I’ve seen my entire life.
The worst library I have ever dealt with
I am the first time to see such bad customer service
Every time I come to print, I make sure to delete the files
Which is my natural right to protect my personal information
After the end of the service that I paid for with my own money
But the worker gets angry, angry and chanting yet !!
I mean, really, no comment, I am not dealing with this library
