★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالرغم من وجود بعض القطع الجميلة الا انني لن أتعامل مع هذا الفرع مرة أخرى بتاتاً .. حيث تطلب مني شراء القطع وتغليفها الذهاب للسوق ثلاث مرات لعدم قدرة الموظفة على استيعاب المطلوب وعدم الاحترافية في العمل ومن ثم انكارها وتكذيبها لما تم طلبه بطريقة غير لبقة وتفتقد أدنى مهارات التعامل مع العملاء حيث أدارت ظهرها أثناء حديثي معها ودخلت للمخزن دون الاعتذار عن الخطأ الذي تسببت فيه ولحسن الحظ تواجد موظفة أخرى وموظف آخر - اعتقد انه مدير الفرع- الذين قدموا مختلف الحلول لارضائي وتحقيق المطلوب والمستحق للعميل (والذي دفعت ثمنه سلفاً) كل هذا العناء لشراء ثمان قطع وتغليفها.
اعتقد انكم خسرتوا عميل مميز .. ?
