★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pets are in horrible conditions!! Almost all of them are asleep and do not interact with people and some of them looked sick! They don’t have food in cages and one puppy was clawing desperately at the cage while laying down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pets are in a very horrible condition! There was no food available for the poor cats in the cages. I’m very concerned about their health as I saw two of them who were visibly ill. It’s also obvious that they don’t receive a good care there in terms of cleanliness. My advice to those who love their pets is to stay away from this place. Don’t take your cats there neither for mating nor boarding.
The grooming services were absurd and waaay below expectations!!
Last but not least, pets supplies are insanely overpriced. For example, the same brush I bought online for 5 SAR is for 35 SAR in this store! Lindocat clay litter that I usually get online for 42 SAR is for 75 SAR!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pet shop had a huge alaskan dog locked up in a very small cage just for the sole purpose of "display", they refuse to sell it to an owner that could actually take care of the dog and would rather have it locked up as a piece of decoration. This is animal abuse. Any person who thinks it's okay to lock up a living creature under these conditions for the sole purpose of display is one that is not capable of taking care of said creature. If the shop owner didn't hesitate to abuse this animal infront of visiting customers, Im genuinely concerned about the level of care, or lack of, that's provided for the rest of the animals. Definitely reporting this incident to animal rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place ever, went in there to get a bed for my dog but this beautiful alaskan dog caught my eye. he/she looked miserable in this small cage that she/he can barely stand in let alone walk around in. i asked how much is he selling the dog for or if it was up for adoption, he told it was not for sale and that the dog was just there for display! i'm disgusted that he was okay with giving that dog that kinda life, being used as a prop! dogs are not decorations for your pet store. anyways if anyone knows if i can contact someone to put an end to this abuse let me know because its horrible and sad and no animal deserves this let alone a huge, high maintenance, energetic alaskan dog!
