★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم جداً سيئ طلبت منهم حلزون وارسلو لي صور لها وعجبني الحجم وانصدمت يوم وصلتني صغيره مره مع اني سالهم عن الحجم ولا ردو علي ٠/١٠
 They treated them very badly. I asked them for a snail and they sent me pictures of it. I liked the size, and I was shocked the day I received a small one once, although I asked them about the size, and they did not answer 0/10
