★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يوجد خدمه جيده التعامل سئ اتي من مشوار بعيد ولا يوجد فيده حتي من قبل ادارة خدمة العملاء يقولون يفتح من الساعه ٨ صباحا حتي ٩ المساء اروح الساعه ٥ المغرب ولا يوجد احد فاتح ?
There is no good service. The deal is bad. It came from a long way, and there is no benefit even by the customer service department. They say it opens from 8 in the morning until 9 in the evening.

الاستقبال ممتازين

تجاربي مع مختبرات البرج احيانا تكون سيئة. يكون موظف جديد يتدرب على يدي او موظف زعلان ويسحب الدم. حرام عليكم والله جيبوا ناس كفاءة وخلوا المتدربين يتعلمون منهم مو يتعلم من يدي

My experiences with Al-Borg Labs can sometimes be bad. A new employee training on my hands or an employee is upset and drawing blood. Forbidden to you, by God, they must have qualified people, and let the trainees learn from them, not from my hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال ممتاز . الاسعار عاليه نوعا ما مقارنه في باقي المختبرات المشهوره . بعد ما تطلع النتائج ترسل مباشره على الايميل وهذا شي جيد . لكن ترسل النتايج بدون ما يتواصل معاك احد من المختبر يوضح لك النتايج وماذا يجب ان تفعل . مع الاسف تواصلت مع المختبرات على الرقم الموحد اول يوم بعد ما ارسلت لي النتايج وطلبت احد يفسر لي الارقام اللي بالتحاليل وقراءه التحليل بالطريقه الطبيه لكن مع الاسف اجابوني بانه سوف يتواصل معي الدكتور خلال عشر دقايق ..العشر دقايق انتهت وبعد الاتصال الثاني قالوا لي خلال ٢٤ ساعه وانتهت ولم يتصل احد واتصلت قالوا لي خلال ٢٨ ساعه وانتهت ولم يتواصل معي احد . بعد تقريبا اسبوع اتصلت على الرقم الموحد وطلبت خيار الشكاوي وقاموا مباشره بتحويلي على موظفه من الجنسيه المصريه قرات لي النتائج يعطيها العافيه لكن بدون فايده بالنهايه خذ تحليلك وروح المستشفى وادخل على دكتور افضل او من الاساس روح المستشفى وحلل وخذ النتايج مالفائده من المختبرات... باختصار الخدمه غير مناسبه ابدا واتمنى رفع مستوى الخدمه للجميع وبالتوفيق للجميع

Unfortunately, I contacted the laboratories on the unified number the first day after they sent me the results and asked for someone to explain to me the numbers in the analyzes and read the analysis by the medical method, but unfortunately they replied that the doctor would contact me within ten minutes .. The ten minutes ended and after the second call they told me within 24 The hour ended and no one called and I called they said to me within 28 hours and it ended and no one contacted me. After about a week, I called the unified number and asked for the option of complaints, and they directly transferred me to an employee of Egyptian nationality. The results were read for me, he gives her wellness, but without a tip in the end. Take your analysis and the hospital’s spirit and enter a better doctor or basically the hospital’s spirit and analyze and take the useful results from the laboratories The service is not appropriate at all, and I hope to raise the level of service for everyone and good luck to all
