★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They lost my blood sample and they didn t even apologize. I payed for a test, I had a strict diet to do the test and then they simply lost my blood sample!! Very unprofessional and unethical laboratory. I m a physician and I don t recomend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one answer phone for more than 40 calls letterly and no answer they took sample at 8:47 am 10/7/2021 and tell now I didn’t receive sms with results, or with links as they inform me, also they said that if i came between 8 am-12pm I will receive results at same day !!! I receive sms from MOH with results of me and one of my daughter but other one I didn’t receive it , the only advantage that the nurse or Dr who took sample is professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not supported with Tawakalna App from Saudi MoH, I made a PCR test and the results did not reflect at the App for 2 days, they mentioned that I can print a copy from their site on internet which is mostly down and not supported with mobile devices… Reported with MoH 937 and waiting by the writing of this review… Wish they cooperate more to customers…

I had been here for RT-PCR test and they gave the result in 4 hours and helped me to catch a flight the same day. They helped me a lot in my times of crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The results are fake. I have performed a covid test and the result came out as negative after one day I went to the (Ta’akd/Tatman) station and it was positive. And two of my cousins did the same and they were positive while the lab showed it negative. They are manipulating the results to get more money ??

Yesterday i came with 3 people, it's been 30 hours, no results and nobody answers the phone. Also the lady's automated voice over the phone couldn't be more annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I payed 250 SAR for 6 hours covid test and 24hr later still nothing received. I would never recommend it to anyone, if you can’t get the test results in 6 hours then why charging us 250 for it.
Stop scamming people this is unacceptable. A bunch of liars they also tried to convince me to pay 500 SAR for the fake 2 hours test results, this should be reported. I wish I can give you 0 stars 1 is just to much….
